回顧文獻因使用不同劑型的類固醇藥物，而引起之過敏反應的案例，有簡單的皮膚過敏反應至嚴重的過敏性休克。故類固醇藥劑引起過敏的發生機率，在治療過程中是必須被考量的。
在此報告兩起案例，因接受類固醇藥劑治療引起的過敏反應。第一個案例，是51 歲女性因哮喘發作，使用succinate-containing methylprednisolone 製劑，靜脈注射治療，注射後抱怨有皮疹和搔癢的情形出現，經使用抗過敏藥物緩解過敏症狀，再改用口服投予prednisolone 及吸入budesonide 類固醇治療，其結果耐受性良好。第二個案例，是47 歲女性，疑似自體免疫性肝炎，以靜脈注射methylprednisolone sodium succinate 製劑治療，經五天療程，病人出現輕度的呼吸困難，然後哮喘發作，經處方改為口服投予prednisolone 治療，前述症狀獲得改善。
 

Literatures reported that patients using various dosage forms of steroids medicines might cause different levels of allergic reactions, including simple skin allergic reactions to severe anaphylactic shock.Therefore, it is very important to consider the probability of steroid allergies during the treatment.
Two cases of allergic reactions due to steroids treatment were reported in this article. The first case was a 51-year-old woman with asthma attack and treated with intravenous succinate-containing methylprednisolone. The skin rash with itching was complained after injection of succinate-containing methylprednisolone. Later, both oral prednisolone and inhaled budesonide were well tolerated. The second case was a 47-year-old woman suspected with auto-immune hepatitis and treated with intravenous methylprednisolone sodium succinate. After five days of treatment, the patient developed mild dyspnea and then asthma attack. After doctor prescribed an oral prednisolone dosage form for this case and her dyspnea improved.
