Amiodarone  屬於第  III 類抗心律不整藥物，適用於上心室性及心室性心搏過速、心房 撲動、心房纖維顫動等類型心律不整，除了可能造成皮膚光敏感、肝臟毒性、心跳遲緩等 副作用外，在臨床上，更常因病患的多重用藥而導致交互作用。本案例即為探討有高血壓、 心衰竭、陣發性心房顫動等病史的 70 歲女性病患，長期服用 amiodarone、digoxin 及 warfarin 引起之多重藥物交互作用造成的 digoxin overdose（噁心、嘔吐、心律不整）、肝功能異常及 凝血功能異常。

Amiodarone belongs to class III antiarrhythmic agents. It is used in treatment of several types of arrhythmia such as paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia, atrial flutter, and atrial fibrillation. Side effects of Amiodarone may include skin photosensitivity, liver toxicity, bradycardia, and etc. However, clinically, due to multiple drug use of arrhythmic patient, drug interactions of amiodarone are more common than its side effects. In this case, a 70 year-old female with a history of hypertension, heart failure, PSVT was hospitalized for Digoxin overdose (nausea, vomiting, arrhythmia), liver dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction due to drug interactions of amiodarone, digoxin and warfarin.
