腦中風，為腦血管疾病造成突發性局部腦功能缺損，大致可分為缺血性與出血性兩大類。無論是何種中風型式，腦中風病人常併有高血壓的問題，但處理這類病人的高血壓必須考量腦部病變，尤其是顱內壓。本文就針對缺血性中風與出血性中風的病人高血壓處理以及顱內壓如何控制作一探討。
 

Acute stroke is a sudden defect of local brain function. It is generally divided into ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. Irrespective of the cause, stroke is frequently complicated by hypertension. The control of blood pressure and cerebral diseases, especially intracranial pressure, must be taken into consideration. In this article, management of hypertension as well as intracranial pressure after ischemic and hemorrhage stroke will be discussed.
