自2019 年底SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2) 的新型冠狀病毒爆發，造成嚴重的肺炎病症被稱為COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019)。除了支持性療法 (supportive care) 之外，仍需要有效的藥物來控制疫情。治療藥物的研究正在迅速的更新，到目前為止，還沒有針對COVID-19 疾病的特異性治療藥物，且在支持治療中也沒有達成共識。目前文獻有提及的治療有抗病毒藥物、抗生素、干擾素、類固醇及免疫球蛋白，然其中有一些仍存有懷疑。除此之外，預防SARS-CoV-2 感染的疫苗被認為是遏制大流行的最有希望的方法，並且正在積極的推行。本文旨在回顧當前正在研究的COVID-19 治療藥物與預防的疫苗。

 

Since its outbreak at the end of 2019, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has caused many cases of severe pneumonia, referred to as coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). In addition to supportive care, effective drugs are needed to control the pandemic. Research on therapeutic drugs is rapidly progressing. Thus far, no specific therapeutic drug for COVID-19 disease has been discovered, and there is no consensus on supportive treatment. Current literature reports on the use of antiviral drugs, antibiotics, interferons, steroids, and immunoglobulins. However, their effectiveness remains controversial. Besides, vaccines are considered to be the most promising method of containing the pandemic and are being actively implemented. We aim to review COVID-19 treatment drugs and vaccines currently under investigation.
