Fenofibrate 為 fibrate 類降血脂藥物之一，常引起的不良反應為腸胃道不適及皮 膚過敏，其中皮膚過敏反應，臨床表徵多以皮膚疹呈現，且好發於服藥後數小時至 數日。由於其化學結構上的特異性，過去亦有少數案例，於服藥後照射紫外光過量， 誘發皮膚疹，被通報為疑似該藥物所引起的光過敏反應(photosensitivity)。本文報告 一位糖尿病合併高脂血症的病患，服用 fenofibrate 期間，過度曝曬陽光，於照光部 位出現皮膚疹及脫屑現象，疑似發生光過敏反應，在更換藥物及持續照護後，症狀 逐漸緩解。經此案例報告來探討藥物引起光過敏反應的原因及處理方式。

Fenofibrate is an antihyperlipidemic agent belongs to fibric acid.  The gastrointestinal discomfort and allergic dermatologic reactions are the common adverse reactions of fenofibrate in use. Skin rash is the frequent manifestation of allergic dermatologic reactions, which may occur within few hours to days after taking fenofibrate. Due to the specificity of fenofibrate in chemical structure, few cases which result in pruritic erythematous lesions on sun-exposed areas after beginning fenofibrate were reported, and the photosensitivity was confirmed to be one of the adverse reactions of fenofibrate. In this case, a diabetic patient who also has hyperlipidemia, treated with metformin and fenofibrate, result in skin rash and desquamation at the position of irradiation after excessively sun-exposed during the therapy, the lesions disappeared after discontinuation of fenofibrate, and the photosensitivity induced by fenofibrate was suspected. The causes and clinical managements of drug-induced photosensitivity were discussed based on this case report.
