台灣地區學齡前兒童，每年因藥物中毒所造成的意外傷害甚至死亡事件不在少數。本文藉由案例探討兒童藥物中毒時之臨床表徵與解毒劑選擇的比較，提供大家在臨床上遇到類似兒童藥物中毒案件時，需作緊急處理之參考。

The deaths of drug intoxication in children who are under 6 years of age were reported over the past few years. Many deaths due to drug overdoses were analyzed by the Poison Center. This article is focus on the immediate emergency management of the most commonly encountered acute overdose of orally ingested drugs in children.
